Booking and Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once the required booking information has been provided and any applicable payment, deposit, or card guarantee has been successfully completed.
Guests are responsible for checking that the dates, number of guests, room or bed type, and other reservation details shown in their confirmation are correct.
Check-In and Identification
Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.
Minimum age requirements may apply to dormitories, private rooms, events, or certain hostel facilities. Guests who do not meet the stated requirements may be refused accommodation where permitted by applicable law.
Check-in and check-out times will be displayed on the booking page or confirmation.
Dorm Rooms and Shared Facilities
Guests staying in shared dormitories acknowledge that bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and other facilities may be shared with other travelers.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy, belongings, comfort, and sleeping hours of others.
Bed allocation within dormitories may vary unless a specific arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
Guest Conduct
We want the hostel to remain welcoming, social, and safe for everyone.
Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, neighbors, and the property. Harassment, threatening behavior, excessive noise, deliberate damage, violence, or illegal activity may result in removal from the property without refund where legally permitted.
House rules displayed at the hostel form part of these terms.
Visitors
Visitors who are not registered guests may only enter accommodation areas where permitted by hostel policy.
For security reasons, overnight visitors must normally be registered with reception and may be subject to additional charges or identification requirements.
Property and Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence to rooms, beds, lockers, equipment, furniture, or other hostel property.
Reasonable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be charged where appropriate.
Personal Belongings
If guest Wi-Fi or other digital services are provided, limited technical information may be processed for security, network management, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
CCTV and Property Security
Guests are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, passports, money, and electronic devices.
Lockers or luggage storage may be provided for convenience, but guests should use appropriate security measures and avoid leaving valuables unattended.
Activities and Experiences
Hostel-organized tours, pub crawls, transfers, events, rentals, and other experiences may be subject to separate conditions, availability, age restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party provider terms.
Schedules and activities may occasionally change for operational or safety reasons.
Payments
Guests must settle all outstanding accommodation, food, beverage, activity, damage, and other applicable charges before departure unless another arrangement has been agreed.
Accepted payment methods may vary by hostel location.
Changes to Your Stay
Requests to extend, shorten, or modify a stay are subject to availability and the conditions of the original booking.
Additional nights may be offered at the rate available at the time of extension.
Hostel Responsibility
The hostel will take reasonable care to provide the accommodation and services described at the time of booking.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that guests are entitled to under applicable consumer or local law.
This template should be reviewed and adapted to include the hostel's final age policy, check-in requirements, house rules, payment conditions, liability provisions, and local legal requirements before publication.
